Envisage a future state of a potential platform solution that can fill the gap surfaced from growth of technology horizon. I worked with business team to understand potentials of filling the gap & incorporate that in the platform solution. I also aligned the team to a common vision and drive them to come up with tangible outcomes.

Premise of the solution
The Internet of Things (IoT) is revolutionising healthcare, with a rise in connected devices encompassing technologies from fitness trackers to smart sensors to remote monitoring devices. These devices produce a wealth of data with potential to help providers improve care, reduce costs, engage patients and advance population health. But deriving meaningful insights from these disparate information streams and integrating them with legacy systems is challenging. A Platform solution to be build to server population health.
emids wants to help clients harness the power of IoT data through a platform which can offer connection as services, Built from the perspective of population Health 3.0. A platform to be build which can cater to multiple scenarios like post discharge monitoring, population health & wellness management & home care.
Design team had to go through a lot of scenarios in which the platform can be useful & also showcase how the data coming from different devices can be put to good use of patient’s(end user) well being. Below are few sample scenarios which we created:
Building a product for a user that does not exist (personna)
Design team had to build a product for a persona that did not exist, one of the critical activity for the design team was to understand different entities the user has to connect to enable population. Team had to understand when/how should the user set trigger and take actions like Alert, Escalate, Intervene

Most critical part was to understand the innate complex thinking the admin(user) has to go through while he/she is configuring connections & setting rule. Also the sequence in which it should be done to derive at the information architecture. Since the system was very complex it was important for us to set break down the complexity & create wireframe based on triggers & actions. We had to make a framework in which the wireframe was built & communicated with the development team. Framework for laying out wireframe is explained below.
